Hi, I want to ask about application of VAL.
I stayed in Malaysia almost 6 years and now i want to further my study in Foundation studies for agricultural science in UNIVERSITY PUTRA MALAYSIA .
before this I use Student Pass for High Scholl and now the pass is expired.
Currently i applied for resident pass in Imigresen Malaysia and now I waiting for that pass.
I want to apply for VAL but the problem is I stayed in Malaysia.what should i do?

  Please be informed that holders of residence passes are allowed to study without converting to student pass.
