Hello dear Sir/madam

I applied before on EMGS and I received my Eval. But my course name which is written on my Eval was not matched with my course name on my offer letter so I can’t continue my process.
EMGS tell me to apply again and I want to know how I can refund the money that I paid?

Because I want to make a
reapply Emgs.Any feedback from you

  Please note that you can request send your refund request to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my using the same email address you used to create the application. Kindly refer to our refund policy at https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/legal/refund-policy.html.

    I send email several times but I don’t receive any answer!
