What does it mean if the status percentage is 32% with green color?

  Please note that the percentage refers to your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, due to the lockdown implemented by the Malaysian government, all application processes are on hold until further notice. We will keep students and institutions updated on this matter.
