Dear EMGS,
My name is Azzam Shaker Barham, passport number: T416592. I have applied for my visa renewal and the supporting letter has been issued to my university but I couldn’t come and the supporting letter was expired, now I have entered Malaysia on the 23rd of May for the purpose of renewing my visa. In the airport I got 1 month pass and now it expired, so how can I solve these problems in the current lock down situation.

  Have you already contact with your institution about your problem ? Have you already done apply special pass?

    Thanks for quick response
    Yes I already contacted my institution but they said the immigration is closed so I will not be able to apply for supporting letter or special pass

  The EMGS supporting letter for your Student Pass has been issued to your institution and they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office. Kindly refer to your institution for further information about your expiry pass as they will advise you accordingly.
