Dear EMGS,
Please, is it possible for me to return back to Malaysia using my previous passport Travel Authorisation? I have emailed several times for the TA to be closed while requesting that the current application is continued without any response and I need to return back as soon as possible.
My old passport #A50029619, New Passport #B50051166. Kindly confirm to me if I can come back with the previous Travel Authorisation.

  Please note that emails are replied within 24 hours. However, the application under your old passport number has been closed on the 01st of June 2021. The active application in our system is under your new passport number.

    Dear EMGS,
    Thanks for your response, I truly appreciate it. If my old application has been closed since 1st of June as stated, I expect the current/new application to changed or updated. Please advise, Do I need to write an email to resume the current/new application or just keep looking?
    Please I need the travel Authorisation so I can return for my defence. Thanks.
