Hi EMGS officer!
Im just wondering if my travel authorization TE######### is still in progress because it has been more than a week by now that it has been stuck at 40% and almost a month since I submitted the application. I’m worried that I may not receive it in time for my departure back to Malaysia on July 2. I still need to apply for a SEV and I may need the travel authorization to apply for the visa.

  Please note that there is no stipulated time frame as there are multiple levels of processing involved with the approval solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, application process will resume once the lockdown has been lifted.
