Hello. Ive submitted my pasport since march 2021. The progress of pasporr renewal increase to 50%. Then got stuck until now. May i know what happened actually?

Please note that we are yet to receive your passport from your institution. However, at present, due to the lockdown, the Immigration Department is not accepting passport until the 14th of June 2021.
