Hi EMGS Officer,

My student pass renewal was stucked at 50 percent since June last year, pending submission of passport. I couldn’t submit the passport because I have been I’m my home country up till today. Just when I am about to return to Malaysia in just few days , you closed my application giving the reason that you have not heard anything from my institution. Now, that I am returning VERY soon , what am I to do when I return? Start the application from beginning or just go ahead and submit my passport? Kindly reply because I am in dilemma.
