Dear EMGS,

Last three month I overpaid to UUM for renewal visa amount is ######## but until now I haven’t received refund money yet,, my application number is ########## and my passport ID is ########.

Please do check my documents and let me know when can I receive it.

  The refund for renewal can be only submitted by the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution for assistance in this matter.
