  Hi Ostar,
  
  Please note that your application was pending additional documents since the 12th of March 2021. We only received the document from your institution on the 30th of April 2021 and we have submitted your application to Immigration again on the 3rd of May 2021. Kindly note that there is no stipulated time frame for the processing of the VAL extension. Rest assured, we will notify you and the institution once we receive an update
