Hi,
I applied as a new student, my nationality is Syrian, after the eVAL and travel authorisation letter, do i have to apply for a single entry visa.
And if yes what i have to do if i want it to apply it in the malasyian embassy in Beirut (because there is no embassy in Syria).

  Hi Ahmad,
  
  The SEV is determined by the passport country of origin. If the passport country of origin is Syria, you are not required to obtain the SEV. You are allowed to enter Malaysia provided you have a VAL issued by the Department of Immigration Malaysia. A Visa on Arrival for Students (VOAS) will be issued at the point of entry.
