hello emgs officer, i am a student at IUMW, my student pass has expired on the 2nd of march 2021, my university has told me that i have 80 days after my student pass expires (ends in about 20 days) to go back to malaysia. my student pass renewal process is at 50% which only requires me to submit my passport for the stamp. and i have everything ready (travel auth and SEV) to go back at anytime, but my familly is concerned about the situation there and only want to send me back if the campus is open.
1-for how much longer can i stay out of malaysia?
2-is there a possibility that i can extend my stay out of malaysia even more?
3- what risks can staying out of malaysia have?
4- can the student pass renewal process be cancelled if i dont submit passport on time?
5- is there a way to do the whole visa process over again?

  Hi Iheb, My student pass is expiring on May 23rd but I can’t go back until September.

  Is is your renewal application show yellow line in 50% or green? Because mine show yellow line and they write they need valid pass, it’s the same?
