what email is EMGS even using?
iv sent multiple emails and not one has been replied.

  Hi,
  
  If you have sent us an email, you will receive a 7-digit case number for that email. Furthermore, emails are replied within 24 hours. However, kindly provide us with the case number in order for us to check and advise you accordingly.

    Please note that that is the correct email address. If you did not receive a case number, you are then advised to check your mailbox settings/spam folder/junk mail.
