Hello EMGS

I hope you doing well

I am really feeling bad and need my insurance card as soon as possible , now it is already more than one month and still waiting for it !!
Is there any problem with it please let me know because it usually takes only around one week as I know.
I hope it will not take more time and being delayed more than its already late

  Dependant is not allowed for now

    Is it because of COVID-19 or other reasons?
    And please how long it will take to be allowed again

  Based on our records, your institution has collected your I-kad. However, your insurance card is still in progress and your institution will be notified once it is ready for collection.
