  Please note that the application percentage will only reach 100% when you have entered Malaysia and obtain your student pass. Kindly refer to https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/news_update/update-on-the-standard-operating-procedures-during-and-after-covid-19-pandemic-movement-control-order-15-jan-2021/ to further understand the entry procedures.

    THEN NOW JUST WAITING MY INSTITUTION DOCUMENTS ENTER MALASHIA? OR MY INSTITUTION INFORMED ME WHAT DATED THEY RECEIVED ME.

      Hi Ryan,
      
      The VAL is valid for 6 months from the date it was issued. Hence, you are required to enter Malaysia within the validity of your VAL. Kindly liaise with your institution for further advise.
