Passport number Ak0512166 please eval is stuck at 60% for over one month my university has sent the pending documents since 22/03/2021 still its stuck it hasnt moved . I would really appreciate it if you give it a look and give me your response

  We understand your concern. However, your application is pending additional documents. The institution has been notified on the required documents. Hence, we will only be able to continue processing your application once we receive the documents from your institution. Kindly clarify this with your institution.
