Someone can help me please to plain me what they need

You’ve sent all the required documents
When the document is received it displays the word closed meaning the issue is resolved
but these documents were sent from the 11th march why they still ask me today for the same documents that I have already submitted
You have to wait until your application updates its percentage then it’ll be removed
How much is your progress ?
I am in 35%
Yeah im at the same percentage aswell
But my application is pending a supporting document since 19/3
They take awfully long tho
I hope it will not be the same for me because I have waited a long time and I am a new one
I’m new aswell
