It’s showing that it has sent to the immigration for correction. Due to the lockdown, the immigration is working very slowly. Hope you will get your VAL soon InshaAllah!

Please note that we only received your documents on the 22nd of March 2021. Hence, we are in the midst of reviewing your documents. If your documents are complete, we will then proceed to submit your documents to the Immigration Department. However, the approval will solely be at their discretion.
