I have tried contacting the emgs through email for so many days now, but no response more than 24 hours no response , i havent recieved any case number also. I want to enquire about my EVAL extension, dear emgs officer please help me , my passport number is B M 0126630 i m from Bnagladesh. I just want to know if my files have been submitted.

  If you have sent the email, you would receive a case number. If you have not received the case number, kindly check if the email was sent out to us. However, please note that we received your documents on the 03rd of March. Therefore, we will proceed to process your application.
