Dear EMGS,
I’m a new PhD student from Iraq, recently I got the Eval and the travel authorisation, Could you please advise on how to get the LOU? The form is old in your website and we don’t have Malaysian mission.

This latest form is available for download on the following link below:- https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/travel-authorisation-formbase.html.
You can request Letter of Approval from the nearest Malaysian Mission if they do not have one in their home country
