I was supposed to travel to Malaysia today, my flight was from Iraq to Malaysia

BUT i was denied by the local government after the called the immigration department at Kuala Lumpur airport

I don’t understand i have a valid student pass and already got a travel authorization

But i didn’t pay for quarantine and pcr test yet,, because i was planning to pay when i reach at the Kuala Lumpur airport IS THAT THE REASON I WAS DENIED ????!!!!!

Do I must pay for the quarantine and PCR TEST BEFORE I TRAVEL?????

IF NOT WHAT OTHER REQUIREMENTS I SHOULD APPLY FOR IN ORDER TO ENTER MALAYSIA

I paid for $700 ticket for nothing

Please help if you guys know anything.

  So far I know you have to pay the amount before you leave. Also you must have the pcr test report which must be tested within 3 days before your flight

  Please note that referring to the entry procedures, you are required to make the payment for your quarantine prior to your entry. Kindly refer to https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/news_update/update-on-the-standard-operating-procedures-during-and-after-covid-19-pandemic-movement-control-order-15-jan-2021/ for further clarification.
