I don’t think there’s a specific date for new students to travel. You need to get declaration letter of accommodation and commencement of online classes from your school. Thereafter, you then apply for authorization to return through EMGS. You can still get more details from emgs

Your VAL is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. You are advised to travel within the validity of your VAL.

Owk sir if I have done with all the procedures am I allowed to inter Malaysia as new student but I registered one course already doing online
