Dear officer,
My passport no DS1981592. Officer if I take covid vaccine and provide you vaccination certificate and PCR test is negative do I need to do qurantine? Also I have arrangement in Malaysia for my apartment still I need to use hotel for qurantine??

  Regardless of taking a vaccine or not the quarantine is compulsory same goes for the apartment you would have to stay in the place they provide.
