Hi, the letter of undertaking and indemnity provided in your website seems to be an old version. The dates say 2020, should be 2021 now, and also the quarantine duration says 14 days. However it is 7-10 days of quarantine now (with a negative covid test). Please update the form or provide me with an updated version if there is one already.
