Dear EMGS officer

My visa application shows 35% progress with two pending documents. I have registered online and the institution will submit the online registration declaration soon but i cannot go to Malaysia before mid of May and I don’t have address. Can I ask the institution to submit the accommodation declaration once i am planning to travel to Malaysia? Thank you
