How can I obtain an SEV if I don’t have a Malaysian embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark?

  Ask your institution. I guess there is an instruction on the website of consulting the nearest embassy from other country. Go through FAQ.

  Please note that if there is no Malaysian Embassy in your home country, you can refer to the nearest Malaysian Embassy at the nearest country.
