Hello officer, my visa renewal has progressed to 50% two weeks ago. When will you accept submision of passport? I need to catch the flight on Feb. 22.

Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), EMGS is not accepting passports until further notice. We will notify your institution once we resume accepting passports.
