My question is where can I get the letter of undertaking and indemnity(LoU) to download. I check the website but couldn’t find it. I learned you have to filled before traveling to Malaysia.
It’s in EMGS website under Travel Authorization explanation. Somewhere hidden between paragrapghs

Please be informed that upon receiving the Travel Authorization, you are required to download and complete a Letter of Undertaking (LoU) and Indemnity for Person Under Surveillance. The LoU can be downloaded from the following links :
