Again no dependents allowed for post graduate students? Are you really serious? Are you totally disregarding women post graduate students who might be mothers? Do you really expect mothers to leave their infants? Do you not even have exception for infants? This is really inhumane. I passed my first year of PhD and half way through my second year. I really do not feel like letting it all go to waste. I cannot really withdraw in the first place. This is simply inhumane and the way women are being disregarded is disgusting.
