The last step in the visa procedures was on October 15 Application status 32%. I want information about when the Jabatan Immigration Malaysia begins to complete the procedures?

When can I come to the Consulate General of Malaysian to complete the visa procedures and what are the required documents?

And what about airport, when it will be start Receiving flights to Malaysia?
