Dear officer： I am a student of UKM and going to transfer to UPM. I have came back to my country on the September. I want to know can I cancel my student visa online. Because I can not entry Malaysia due to the covid-19. Hope you can reply me.

If you have obtained your student pass, your institution would have to cancel/shorten your student pass along with cancelling your application.
