I think EMGS is being meticulous to capture every other areas not adequately covered by the announcement. There is yet another announcement released just yesterday 24/12/2020 in respect to international students to covered other private schools other than higher institutions. I think these are the basis upon which ENGS would take decision to give update. Kudos to EMGS.
