Dear EMGS Officer

I know you are absent now a days and might be would not try to put your fingers on the board but anyways, would you please answer the following

1). The Students who got offer letters in 2020 and now currently studying online with the malay universitites, such students are new or existing?

2). Can you please waive off the 2600 fee as almost no country in the world are putting such great things on their own students. ?

3). When the students getting their eVAL, any approximated time?

4). Would you please reply?

  Hi Ahmed,
  
  Our reponse to your enquiries are :
  
  1) If the application type is new, the student will still be considered a new student. You may provide a passport number as example in order for us to further check and advise you accordingly
  
  2) Please note that this is the latest directive from the relevant government agencies pertaining to quarantine for international students.
  
  3) At present, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students that is outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.
