Hello emgs,
My emgs percentage is 32% but unfortunately my percentage is stuck 32% from 4 months when the immigration will provide eval to students.

  Please note that 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold until further notice.
