I’m from Libya, am I able to apply for the VAL letter

  Hi Ubdosslam,
  
  Please note the entry for new students is still on hold. However, you would be able to apply for a VAL application. We will process your application once your application has been created and the documents submitted along with the payment. If the documents submitted are complete, we will issue an EMGS approval letter for you to begin your online classes from your home country.
