Dear EMGS Officer,
My name is khadar ali osman and my passport number is P00874036. I already submit my passport after 90% for visa renewal few weeks ago, but i don’t see any progress everytime i checked it on website or the app. Just want to know the progress please.

  Please note that your institution has selected to obtain your student pass directly from the state Immigration Department. Therefore, you would have to refer to your institiution to check on the status of your passport submission.
