Dear EMGS
I would like to inform that I already sent the email to visamalaysia regarding my status application which hasn’t changed in my emgs apps even though, my institusion has applied for my renewal visa. I sent email e few days ago. I read in some comments that you said, it will take 24 hours. What should I do? I just confuse that I couldn’t see the latest update on my apps. Thank you

  Please note that emails will be replied within 24 hours. Furthermore, if you have sent us an email, you would receive a case number for that email. Kindly provide us wuth the case number in order for us to check on this matter. You can also send us an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my, providing us your passport number in order for us to retrieve your application details and advise you accordingly.
