Dear EMGS officer,
Good day!
I have applied for travel authorization a month ago and it still 50%. I have only 5 dyas left for my flight and I am deeply confused and worried. I have written couple of emails, but received no reply. I understand that the approval is under the discretion of the immigration, but I have only few days left and I kindly need to know when can I expect the result of the application. If I am not allowed to enter Malaysia, I would understand the situation, but at least may I be informed with enough time. I kindly seek your assistance in this matter. My application number is T. E. 1

  Hi Mohomed,
  
  Please be informed that we are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame for the completion of the travel authorization application process. Kindly note that there are multiple levels of processing involved to approve the travel request by students. The decision to issue the travel approval letter is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured that, your institution will be notified of the progress of your application.

  I am also going back Malaysia and have similar issue of having my travel authorization stuck at 50%.
  
  If you don’t mind, can you share your experience (eg. response from emgs or immigration) to me here?

    Thanks for asking. For my case, I have only four days left to my flight and it seems that I am not going to get it on time and I have no clue about what to do. I am sorry to say that, but it is quite frustrating experience. After many emails and posts, I have not received any information, all I get is just wait for the immigration department and I will be notified when it’s done.

      It is unfortunate to hear what you are going through right now…
      Hopefully immigration will reply you tomorrow as I saw from your previous post where your documents were submitted to immigration on the 6th and tomorrow will be the 21st day as their suggested ample time on the website.
