My visa renewal process is currently at 90% and i contacted the university and they said the state immigration department is closed. When will they reopen and my visa renewal student pass sticker be processed?

We understand your concern. However, if your institution has selected to obtain your student pass from the state Immigration Department, your institution would then have to check with them on their operations.
