Hi EMGS,
below is issue. I didn’t understand. I have submitted the explanation letter from my faculty. and signed by Dean.

Please note that the student’s CGPA is less than 2.0 . Kindly submit an explanation/supporting letter to explain the student’s poor performance record in detail and the action plan (With Study Plan) to help the student to graduate with good academic results and within the stipulated time frame. Kindly ensure that it is duly signed by the Dean of Faculty.

  If your CGPA is less than 2.0, we require an explanation letter from your institution explaining on the poor record along with providing a study plan to help you graduate with a good academic result. The explanation letter has to be signed by the dean of faculty. Kindly liaise with your institution to assist you on this matter.
