Its depends on your university administration person who responsible for processing your visa renewal. In my case I have submitted all my documents and fees . And with in 3 days my university submitted my file to immigration. From last day its showing 10%. I hope with in 3 week I will get new renewal visa.

Please note that EMGS and Immigration Department is operating as normal. However, if your institution selected to obtain your student pass from the state Immigration Department, your institution would have to refer to them to check on their operations.
