Dear EMGS, you said that the immigration and EMGS department are operating as normal like before but why isn’t that when ever we talked to our institutions they keep on saying that the immigration counter is closed for submission and collection of passport and payment also, please highlight us more about this because our passport is with our institution we submitted for visa renewal
Kindly note that if your institution selected to obtain your student pass from EMGS, your institution can submit your passport or you can refer to your institution for further clarification. However, if your institution selected to obtain your student pass from the state Immigration Department, your institution would have to refer to them for further advise on this matter.
