Dear EMGS team,

I have submiteed my papers at fourth month of this year its already beeen 6 months i amreally confused now.if i will be able to get my e val or not cause you all have not been updating me about naything the last mesaage i got was whenni posted a thread here and then you said my papers are in embassy and they will start processing soon but 6 months is a long time i had to cancel so many of my plans expecting to get it done hopefully you can give me date or time or atleast pls tell me if its gonna be done within this year or do i have to wait for 5 to 6 months more cause this is the longest i have seen any embassy take time for processing papers
I hope you can understand my frustration.

  We are glad to assist you with your enquiry. However, in order to get all the details of your application, we would need to retrieve your record. To keep your details private and confidential please email us your full name and passport number at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will assist to check your application. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students that are out of Malaysia as entry for new students in on hold.
