Its mean you are allowed to take online classes
Ooh thank you for your prompt response but there is only 15 % Green icon and there is one option for download the EMGS Approval latter,
Yes download contact your institution about online classes
If one dont want to take online classes,then can he differ his admission letter to next semester?

The EMGS approval letter indicates that you have met the requirement to begin your online classes for your home country as entry for new students is on hold. Furthermore, 15% indicates that your application is pending submission of additional documents. However, with regards to your enquiry pertaining to differment, you would have to liaise with your institution to further advise you on this matter.
