Dear EMGS
Can you please help us regarding the increment of quarantine fee issue? RM 4700 is really just too much. I am in my third year, I have labs and face to face classes and school is starting soon. Plus my area that I am staying right now is not suitable for Online learning due to bad internet connection. My visa also gonna expired soon. We have a lot of valid reasons why we really need to go back. Is there any way you can do to help us out here? Thank you for your time.

  We understand your predicament. However, the quarantine fees is determined by the Malaysian government. At present, the fees remain the same.
