I have a general inquiry. Why not give the student the chance to stay for a few months after his graduation? For example, visa seeking a job, like European countries, the USA, or Canada. Actually, like the vast majority of worldwide countries. When the student finishes his study, he would like to have some time to think about the next step. Getting home is not always possible directly, especially that most international students here are from countries that are suffering from many problems. It is logical to give the student the chance to stay for a while legally and a special permit, am I wrong? Maybe he can get a job or a scholarship in a country somewhere. Without a special pass for just a while, you are encouraging the student to overstay when the student is unable to get home directly. Moreover, you force the student to cancel his visa even if he has a few months left after his graduation. I am curious to get a better understanding of the logic stands behind this law.
