Dear all
If you read the whole article carefully its mentioned that new students are alllowed and their cases will proceed on EMGs but the new students from 23 countries are not allowed namely Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, USA etc. and thats really unfortunate

  Yes the ones who are stuck can return but the new ones have to wait until further notice

    That’s what . The confusion is,, stuck in a country other than the countries mentioned out there but still being the passport holder of one of the specific country mentioned .
