Hi, dear EMGS.
I’m a student from Somalia. I’ve finished an English course, and have admission to university. Is it possible to transfer a visa from the institute to the university without leaving Malaysia due to the suspension of the airspace in my country due to Covid-19?

  Students remaining in Malaysia during the application process is depending on from which type of institution they are from and transferring to.
