Dear Officer ,
I’m a Student in upm .
I have Applied for the new dependent pass for my wife and two sons. I have Submitted the Documents to EMGS but it stopped at 20%.My school officer told me to prepare more original copy.I am difficult to do.So,if i cancel the application,the money which hand in EMGS can return to me or not?

  Once the application has been cancelled, you may request for a refund through the institution, however, kindly note that the processing fee is not refundable.
