I downloaded this EMGS app, how do I know if my VISA has finished processing?

  Go to the profile tab, then click check Application Status

    I did, but nothing is happening…
    Did they not update my details here?
    
    I was told 3 days ago that my Visa was being processed

  Please check if your passport number is correct. If it is, it may be that your application has not been submitted to EMGS. Please contact your educational institution to check if they have submitted your application to EMGS.
